Registration for the conference is organized via the online system https://interconvention.eventsair.com/mechatronicsnolcos2019/start. Registration is a prerequisite for uploading the final version of any conference contribution. There will not be any possibility for registration on site!
Please note that a credit card is required to carry out the registration for Mechatronics and Nolcos 2019. If due to exceptional circumstances you are unable to register by credit card, please contact: Ifac2019@vb-mice.at

Fees

All participants will have access to both MECHATRONICS 2019 and NOLCOS 2019 with just 1 registration fee. The standard registration includes the submission of up to 2 contributions. The student registration allows the submission of 1 contribution. For each registration, up to 2 additional papers can be submitted. A € 200 additional fee will be charged for each additional paper. The registration fee includes access to the following social events: Banquet Dinner, Welcome Reception, Coffee Breaks, Closing Ceremony.
The fee for accompanying persons is covering the access to the social activities (Banquet Dinner, Welcome Reception, Evening Lecture), but does not grant access to the scientific sessions of the conference.

Photographs

During this conference, the organizers will take photographs at the conference venues. Some photographs may then be shown on the conference homepage and used for standard media coverage, e.g. in the IFAC Newsletter. The photographs will not be made available on any social media channels. By registering for this conference, you agree with this policy concerning photographs. If you prefer not to be photographed, please, send an e-mail to contact@mechatronicsnolcos2019.org or inform the conference office on site.
